Welcome to Mniowig. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Mniowig. Mniowig operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services").

Mniowig offers hair products including, but not limited to, human hair wigs, lace front wigs, half wigs, hair bundles, weft hair, hair extensions, and related hair products and accessories.
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. However, product appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, lighting conditions, photography, and other factors.
Because human hair is a natural material, minor variations in color, curl pattern, wave pattern, texture, length appearance, density, or other characteristics may occur between individual products.
Product length may also appear different depending on texture. Curly and wavy hair may appear shorter than straight hair of the same measured length when not fully stretched.
We do not warrant that the appearance of a product on your screen will exactly match the product you receive.
Product descriptions, specifications, pricing, availability, colors, lengths, textures, packaging, and other product information may be updated or changed without prior notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, restrict sales to certain persons or geographic regions, or make other reasonable changes to our product offering.

When you place an order through Mniowig, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, address problems, suspected unauthorized resale, or other legitimate business reasons.
An order is not considered fully accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted for fulfillment.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request before fulfillment. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances including carrier delays, weather, customs clearance, holidays, peak sales periods, incorrect or incomplete addresses, import procedures, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you discover an address error, contact us as soon as possible at support@mniowigs.com. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Mniowig is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, purchases made through our Store are made directly with Mniowig.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of products purchased from Mniowig and is not responsible for any aspect of the sales transaction between you and Mniowig, including injury, loss, or damage resulting from products purchased from our Store.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising solely from your purchase transaction with Mniowig.
