30-Day Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unaltered
• In its original condition and packaging
• With all tags and accessories included
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product-quality reasons, items that have been worn, washed, cut, dyed, styled, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

Customized or personalized products may also be non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you need a different product, length, color, or style, the fastest option is usually to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved.

European Union Returns

For eligible orders delivered to the European Union, customers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must remain unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
